Mathy
Garcia Chesnick, joined Related Cervera Realty Services
in 2000. Originally from Puerto Vallarta Mexico,
Ms. Garcia Chesnick entered the high-end timeshare
industry on a part-time basis while running her own
clothing store featuring her designs. She soon realized
that her penchant for sales was stronger than that
of fashion design. Her decision to concentrate on
her real estate career 100% arose out of a desire
to interact with people, service clients and sell
in general.
Mathy has been selling real
estate with a commitment to excellence for over 18
years. Her real estate practice and production have
earned her numerous awards and great respect among
her peers. She is recognized in “Who's Who in Luxury
Real Estate” year after year and was also recognized
by the South Florida Business Journal as a member
of the top "Heavy Hitters in Real Estate." |
Working with CERVERA for the past 9 years and specializing
in the North Miami-Dade and South Broward market sectors,
Mathy has been Sales Director for Trump Hollywood in Hollywood
Beach, Aquazul Condominiums, an ultra luxury ocean front
property in Fort Lauderdale, 2080 Ocean Drive and Beach
Club I, II, III in Hallandale Beach and The Venture in
Aventura. Mathy maintained her Top Producer status in each
of these properties while in charge of recruiting as well
as developing and directing sales teams. An energetic and
dynamic leader, Mathy demands high ethical standards from
her colleagues and works tirelessly in the best interests
of her customers. She also firmly believes in training
that is both service and goal oriented in order to develop
high quality and efficient sales teams.
Mathy also participated as a Sales Associate during the
successful launchings of several projects in West Palm
Beach, such as CityPlace South Tower, Oasis Fort Myers,
The Slade and The Prado.
Mathy earned a degree in Fashion Design from Bauder College
in Ft. Lauderdale. An active member of her community, she
contributes to worthy causes such as The American Cancer
Society, The American Heart Association, Temple Beth Shalom,
Anti-Defamation League and the San Juan de Dios Children's
Charity in Peru.
